The swimming pool is ideal for learning, as the dept is up to 5ft and it gives better confidence for beginners. The length of the pool is around 25 meters, so you get good length for laps. The changing room provides Steam and Jacuzzi with showers in both ladies and gents. 

Spectra Club is the biggest gym with wide range of equipment. To understand the correct method of using machines, and to get the maximum benefit with minimum injury, we recommend to train under supervision. Our certified personal trainers can help you create a customized workout plan that is tailored to your specific needs and goals. They will motivate and guide you every step of the way. Your fitness goal is our mission and together we can achieve that. 

We understand that nutrition is a crucial part of living a healthy lifestyle. That's why we offer nutrition counseling services to help you make better food choices and achieve optimal health. We offer a basic introductory diet counseling along with Body Composition Analysis, which is complimentary with certain membership packages. There after, you can buy the sessions and get a comprehensive diet counseling with follow up. The counseling is on prior appointments only.  

While leading a healthy lifestyle, 80% focus stays on what you eat. You get optimum results only when you watch your caloric intake, that's what Healthy Deck Cafe focuses on. We  have variety of food options  that includes, veg / non veg / vegan / keto etc. We have specials meal plans for children too.  It has a friendly and welcoming decor, so you can just relax reading a book over a cup of tea / coffee or have a quiet family dining.

Studio Salon is a well designed space that consist of two rooms for facials etc, three hair cutting chairs, two sittings for pedicure and one hair wash chair. The therapists are well trained and experienced, so you can enjoy, relax while pampering yourself.  Salon remains closed on Mondays, and all appointments are on prior bookings only.
